Whole Dates
Whole dates are harvested and marketed at three stages of their development.
The choice for harvesting at one or any other stage depends on
varietals characteristics, climatological conditions and market demand.

Pitted Dates
Pitted Dates are plump, moist ASEEL dates full of rich, sweet flavor. Their delightful taste and
unique, chewy texture make them a delicious addition to a variety of recipes, from baked goods to meat and
poultry dishes. Our Pitted Dates are also incredibly tasty stuffed with nuts or cheese.

 Chopped Dates
CHOPPED DATES is the phrase date slash. This type has different size, 6x6 mm 8x8 mm 10x10 mm

 Block Dates
BLOCK DATES is press date in different size from
250g to 500g 1kg, to order customers.

Dry Dates
Certain dates (dry dates) are left on the plant until the entire inflorescence of fruits is ripe, and then the whole structure is cut. A grower may harvest up to 300 pounds of dates per plant, variety dependent of course, and dates may be eaten immediately or stored to dry. Certain Old World cultures also eat certain varieties of dates before they are ripe.
